COVID Guidelines

ALL ATHLETES

We are excited to welcome everyone back to the gym.

Please review our new updated guidelines, policies and procedures put in place to keep our athletes, coaches, and families safe.  Please make sure you have signed our all policies found on your online account for class registration.

Please be aware that we will be adhering to capacity limits which may lead to minimal availability for parent observation.  We want to be able to allow as many athletes in the gym as possible. 

Please make sure to contact Noelle via text (508-802-1598) in order to secure an observation time if available.  Do not enter the building without an appointment.  

General

Please review the importance of social distancing and everyone’s role and helping to stop the spread of illness.

Do not send your athlete to class if he/she has any signs or symptoms of illness.

Coaches will be required to stay home if they have any signs or symptoms of illness.

Anyone entering the building must be wearing a face covering.

Athletes will be required to wear a face covering.  Please be prepared to provide one for your child.

Athletes are asked to maintain social distancing upon entering and leaving facility.  Do not enter/leave in groups.

Everyone must sanitize hands upon entering the building.

Drop off/ Pickup is preferred during this time.  Appointments must be made to enter the building.  Only one parent/guardian/adult per athlete is allowed in the gym, no siblings.  There will be limited seating available.  Parents must wear face coverings and maintain 6 feet social distancing.

During Class

Stations will be spaced 6 feet apart.

Athletes will be required to sanitize hands before and after each rotation.

Provide your athlete with their own water bottle.  Water fountain will be available for FILLING BOTTLES ONLY.

Coaching

Coaches will be required to wear a face covering.

Coaches will sanitize hands frequently, before and after each rotation and when contact with an athlete occurs.

Coaches will be allowed to “hands on” spot to protect an athlete from injury, or guide in learning a new skill.  This will be kept to a minimum.  Alternative coaching methods will be used.

Building Safety

All high contact areas will be cleaned and sanitized before and after each class.

Hand sanitizer will be available at entry door and throughout the gym.

All low contact areas will be cleaned and sanitized daily.

Please consider contactless payments.  Online payment is available on our website.  Cash and checks will still be accepted.
